Whats the specs?

• Basswood body featuring our universal pickup rout 
• Maple 25.5" scale neck, 22 Medium Jumbo Jescar frets over a 12" radius Rosewood fretboard and Plek'd
• C profile (.84" at the nut, .88" at the 12th fret) 1.65" nut width 
• Gotoh Locking Tuners, Seymour Duncan pickups are standard. Dunlop Straplock ready buttons, Emerson custom pots, Swithcraft jack and CRL switch

Why Basswood? Think of Basswood as the perfect pickup platform. It's lightweight and with a very neutral natural voicing. It pairs well with almost every pickup conceivable.

The Mod Shop

One of the KR-1's best features is the ability to endlessly modify it. We offer pickguards both unloaded and completely loaded to your spec to make hassle free pickup changes. 

We're also adding new products all the time like Bigsby drilling templates (both PDF and physical), templates to rout for a Mastery Vibrato and many other ideas. 

How does it work?

We have two versions* of the KR1. The standard, in stock and ready to ship version. This comes in 3 colors and 2 pickup choices for 1299. These orders typically ship within 2-3 days of order.

We also offer a "custom shop" version that allows more pickup, color and pickguard choices. They start at 1450 and typically ship in 4-5 weeks depending on options selected.
